Squatters Rights

George and Mildred have moved in to our garden, set up home and we await with great interest the arrival of a new family.

We are really pleased about this, as they both show great trust in us.
(The nest is within easy reach). They are not in the least bit phased with gardening activities including a petrol mower being used late evening right under their balcony.

Audrey and I are standing guard against thieving magpies and other ner-do wells that occasionally plunder our garden.

Funny thing, but Braised Wood Pigeon Breast and Bacon Salad comes to mind......
