Theory is Good.

Spotted this at a local Seaside town. I have to agree,but when I thought of what I have bought over the last few years over the internet,none of the shops could have supplied it.
I suppose if they could they would throw in the company and exercise for free.
A street full of decent shops and cafes is a lot nicer than boarded up ones. If we wanted to be hard nosed about it in £sd the area would be a lot better and house prices would follow.
