Berry Buckwheat Breakfast
Yoghurt-like. Make a berry compote and then add your soaked buckwheat (which is gluten-free), frozen banana for creaminess, vanilla for flavour and the final twist of cardamon to up the ante. Scatter with bee-pollen (or edible flowers, or more fruit...whatever you fancy & have handy). Yum.
