An emergency blip, for sure. This quilt is a wall hanging in my daughter's old room. The fabrics coordinate with her quilt on the bed, made for her high school graduation. The wall hanging was made in a class which explored how to make the subject look three dimensional. Focus was on choosing the right values for each facet of the "block", so that it properly showed where the light source was. It was so long ago, but I still like it.
