Eyes down

I went for a brief stroll at lunch, keeping to the shade, it was so hot! One of the joys of doing this Blip lark is that you tend to walk around looking about you.

One thing I noticed today is just how many people use their lunch to get away from a big screen and sit, heads down, looking at their phone screens. We are at risk of becoming more isolated the more online 'friends' we entertain.

On which note I am putting this phone down.
