Bye Bill

A visit from my lovely father-in-law is always an excuse for some gadding about and general over-indulgence. Having seen him safely on the train back to Glasgow this morning it was time to burn off some of yesterday's afternoon tea with an easy eight mile run over the local fields. Off-line in the Lakes for a few days so will be back-blipping at the weekend - hope you're enjoying this glorious summer : )
