Houstoun House

Built in the 1600s and host to Mary Queen of Scots, Houstoun House Hotel in Uphall, West Lothian was the venue for today's management and staff development day. All in all it was a very productive day with really positive input from staff - it really makes me appreciate the great bunch of folk I work with, which is what it's all about really. Despite the announcement that we are officially now coming out of the recession, the threat of cuts to public spending funding is still hanging over our heads so a good time to take a reality check and engage in some scenario planning.
