Guildford town centre

This is George Abbot, Archbishop of Canterbury 1611 to 1633 was born in Guildford. I was there at an examiners meeting, one of many over the years. George set up a school which still exists. The exam board once used it many years ago as a meeting place but lunch was so bad it never appeared again. By bad I mean really.....
