Breathtaking...

I've just finished another outdoor yoga class, which was wonderful. My intention for this evening's practice was to find peace and feel balanced.

I achieved that and more, as I also made a connection that may turn out to be fruitful. I wish I could bottle this feeling.

En route home, I stopped off at Newark Castle in Port Glasgow to capture this breathtaking sunset over the Clyde. My iPhone doesn't do it justice.

Breathtaking. Taking breath. As my yoga teacher tells me every week - just breathe.....
