From small seeds...

One of the girls' best friends Annabel gave out baby sunflowers at her birthday party a few weeks ago. She and her Mum had grown them from seed. Sadly, we did not succeed in nurturing both, but as you can see this one is going great guns. It's just come into flower and is a source of great joy chez Hesmondhalgh right now.
