Ideas...

It would have been a good idea to remember to peg out all the guy ropes before going to bed last night... The wind got up at about 1am, awning flapping and bending a bit too much, got up and pegged it properly.

It was a good idea to get up again at 4am and take the awning down. The weather had got worse and the awning had detached itself from the van, the poles were billowing, the material was slapping...

It was a very good idea to spend the day at a spa, wallowing, sitting, eating, wallowing etc. Helped us recover somewhat from the rather disrupted night!

It was also a good idea to buy a bag of chips for tea on the way home :)
