Hot

Hot. Feeling way to hot and sticky in this heat and my body's not cut out for it. Just been out for bed time walk with Missey and the temperature outside was much more pleasant than inside our flat.

Apart from feeling overheated, today has been a nicer one. I've done some more painting to sell in aid of my group's charity. That made me feel calmer whilst doing it and good to know that I can help in my own small way. Some friends said some very kind and heartfelt things to me which have helped me feel a bit better about myself.
