A Garden Corner.

Dear Diary,

I'm not sure of the variety but this is my favorite day lily. Next to the yellow of the coreopsis it makes a striking combination I think. Except for watering some newly planted perennials, I won't be doing much in the garden for a couple of days until this heat and humidity break. Positively wilting.

In my garden there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The thoughts grow as freely as the flowers, and the dreams are as beautiful. ~Abram L. Urban
