Trying to get cool enough to have a shower, shorts off, feet in a washing up bowl.
Estate Agent rings door bell to hand deliver a quote.
We have this wonderful home accessory, everyone should have one - they're great, called a 'letter box'. Saves the bother of going to the front door dripping with sweat, wet feet in yer boxers...
Methinks a demerit for that agency!
