Water Waste by Park & Rec. in San Diego

The field at City Heights Park (co-owned by school for Rosa Park) is green & nearly ready for use. PROBLEM: Once opened it will be over used & be primary dirt w/in 45 days. The field is split and co-used by PARK & REC and Rosa Park Elementary. Park & Rec will cut the grass short to allow a faster soccer game and will allow too many games & people on the field often 100 to 200 at a time. Multiple Games are played at the same time from 1600 to 2200 hours on week days & from 1000 to 2200 hours on weekends. Within 45 to 60 days, school children those playing sporting will be playing on a dirt field with dust blowing all around them & breathed into young lungs.
