One playing & one hiding

There are two goslings here but one help hiding under mum and didn't want to come out and have a picture taken.

Just down the road were there are retention ponds, there are a large number of these geese along with Canadian geese. With a main road @ 55mph right beside it, we unfortunately see too many of them dead on the road.

This morning was a bit of a scramble trying to track down Sister Avondet & Sister Ashworth who were in meetings all morning but we finally got a hold of them and Desiree & I arranged to meet them @ Szechuan 132 for lunch. Desiree & I hadn't done that in a long time.

Nap time this afternoon and back to working on scanning old family photos tonight
