It's been roasting here today.
Thom and I took gonzo for a big walk down to the beach, a good splash in the sea, and then back home again.
The beach was already filling up in the morning and I imagine it must've been packed this afternoon as it's been so hot.
Went to see my friend Karen to get some bits and pieces and got a pleasant surprise to see other good friends too.
Sitting down and waiting to watch the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony.
