An evening on the beach

What a lovely day! We went to the library in the morning and signed up for their reading challenge, then home for a hose down to cool down and lunch. Then this afternoon we went to the beach for a barbecue at PhilippaJ's beach hut, and it was gorgeous. I went in the water but not for long, it was a bit chilly by the time we got in.

Now it really feels like it's the holidays, I feel slightly sunburnt and my skin is all sticky from the sea.
