First person to come in for Distant Memory Swim

This is the 11th year for the Distant Memory Fundraiser Swim for Alzheimer's Association. This is the first year that a woman made it to shore first. Swimmers swim from Ashroken Beach to Knollwood Beach. My friends's son started this fundraiser 11 years ago. His Grand-dad was afflicted with Alzheimer's Disease. Bryan swam by himself with pledges to donate that first year. Each year the number of swimmers has grown.
