Mad dogs and Englishmen.............

Things didn't go as planned today. I got up this morning to a nearly flat tyre, managed to blow it up and get to the tyre shop where they managed to repair it but by the time I got back it was 12:00. Mrs RH had been promised a trip around the Preston Guild Wheel cycle route but she had given up on me and done a local ride with her friend so I set out alone on my bike with no real plans.

60k later which was a bit further than I intended, I arrived home having run out of water and feeling a bit ill, I think the sun had got to me but it was a good workout.
