I do like to be beside the Seaside

After a leisurely breakfast, I drove Lynette and Ianthe to the coast - they hadn't had the opportunity to visit an English seaside for a while- what a fab day it was. we took a picnic which we ate at West Bay then went on to Lyme Regis as we had both enjoyed studying 'Persuasion ' at school and Lynette wanted to see The French Lietenant's Woman' spot on the Cobb. Lyme, as you would expect was heaving!
We finished off on a typical English way with an ice- cream and a paddle as well as a good rummage in the fossil shop for Ianthe.
