Bridge

Matt explaining to Quinn what kind of saw was used to cut out the wood that makes up the detailed scroll work on this bridge railing.

The state park where we are camping was a Civilian Conservation Corp. site during the Great Depression. We wonder if this woodwork dates back to that time. The funny thing is that a few pieces were missing and Matt says he's seen one in the creek near Grandpa's house. The creek that runs through this magnificent park results in many beautiful waterfalls and then winds through the town we live in. What a treasure!
