Day 5
Today I saw the crack of dawn (i do hope she didn't mind).
I managed to get down to the harbour this morning before sunrise, surprisingly there wasn't much going on, lol. A few fishermen in their boats were on their way out to do a hards days graft. I was just there to admire and record the morning glory as it popped up :-)
So after rattling off a lot of shots from various different angles i liked this one best (i think). Finally got back to the house to find everyone still asleep just the way i left them.
After breakfast we headed off to Truro to have a gander at what was on offer. Had another pasty, this time from Warrens, the oldest Cornish pasty making business around, but don't tell them that i find them not to be as good as Rowes, need to try some more from different places. we also had a walk around the Cathedral and a nice cup of coffee (as usual)
The we were off for a drive. Drove down towards Hayle and ended up Gwithian beach, had a mooch around and dangled my toes in the water. All this was to take up time as i wanted to watch the sunset by St Agnus (and take more images). Unfortunately as its late i haven't even looked at my images of that.
Even managed to become Blip acquaintances with a man (or pirate) who own a shop in Mevagissey today. So i must try and find time to pop in the shop and say hello, it'll be just my luck he'll be out, lol.
