Rubislaw Terrace

As this is a catch up Blip I would have to say my recollection of the day is sunnier than it appears in the photograph. Not being of a mind for doing anything too adventurous I remained pretty local today.

The photograph is taken in the gardens leading into Aberdeen along what must at some time have been one of the most prosperous streets of private houses, but has now been taken over entirely by offices.

Despite the terrace design of the buildings these offices have typically extended into what would previously have been quite generous gardens at the rear, and so the internal space is much larger than might be expected looking at the front.
