Khmer BBQ

Our Cambodia guide treated us to a sumptuous Khmer BBQ buffet dinner. The BBQ comes with a hot plate with a ring of depressed ring for holding soup. This dish is then placed on top of a charcoal stove. It looks abit like the Korean BBQ.

After that you can help yourself with the food ingredients and cooking on the hot plate. Great variety of ingredients they have...pork loin, beef, chicken, fishballs, lots green vegetables....

Damn...:I am getting fat!!!
