Caria, Italia

Caria is my in-laws home town in southern Italy.
Each August they have a food festival.
Sujaca is a local bean.
It is prepared as a stew.
Served with olive oil and peppers and bread.
Remembering today our visits there.
Grateful for my father and mother in law, Rocco and Maria.
Their generosity and goodness speaks volumes.
