Kaniva

Two of the business frontages at Kaniva in Western Victoria about half an hour drive away (population a thousand). A friend and I went to a special gold coin donation soup and sale evening held at the Salvos Thrift Shop 4pm-9pm. I imagined there would be people from all over. It was fun except it wasn't like that.

Probably the weather. Unfortunate the weather was stink to be out driving in going there. Heavy rain and the road could not have been more dangerous with surface water and hazards to aquaplane into. I now know better about the lay of the land.
