Looking North From Sca Fell Pike

A morning shift at the Sun Inn then an adventure out to the Western Lake District. We headed out from Penrith via Ullswater and Kirkstone Pass down into Ambleside then onto Wrynose and Harknott Pass, finally reaching Wasdale Head and getting to the top of Sca Fell Pike for bang on eleven. I am glad to have finally scaled the highest point in England and it only took just over an hour and a half from the bottom.
