Well, bring me the winner then

Found this while walking Molly on the beach in the freezing July rain. I suspect in this case, the winner was probably a seagull rather than another crab - so maybe I'll pass.

Earlier, John and Georgie popped round on the spur of the moment, which was really nice. Note to self: spontaneity is good. Must plan more of it.

We were meant to be going to a friend's wedding reception tonight - but Matt had an odd reaction to trying peanut butter for the first time (his lips swelled and he threw up) so although he seems to have got over it - touch wood - it didn't feel right to leave him with a babysitter.

Shame about not getting out, but at least I can have all the peanut butter I want...
