Caught

Apologies to those of a squeamish nature, but today's blip is not beautiful. On our walk up the hill this afternoon, we came across two sheep whose horns had caught in gates. One was still alive, and we unhooked it, but it was too weak and injured to stand up and run away. This one was already dead. The sheep were not far from each other, in a field near the farmhouse. Their unnecessary suffering made me very angry.
