Crown Inn, Roecliffe

Today I had a most pleasant drive up to Roecliffe, just outside Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, in order to have lunch with some old colleagues at the Crown Inn.
Could not have had a better day for the journey - both there and back!
The Crown Inn is an excellent pub, with first class food. That, together with the sunshine, made for a perfect day!
If you view my blip 'large' you may notice a couple sat at a table by the roadside. They were there when we arrived - and they were still sat there when we came out after lunch.
They are in fact mannequins/dummies :-) and they sit out there on nice days - in various costumes. :-)
One of my colleagues travelled in style.. Ideal day for it - lucky blighter :-)
