My orchid again.

My foot was getting better because I had been resting it, but because it felt less sore I then forgot about it, started rushing around and it is now sore again. I saw a hedgehog in the garden yesterday evening and it is the first one I have seen in this area for years. I actually thought it was dying when I looked at it close up. It seemed to me to be under weight, it was panting in the heat and had several ticks attached to it. It sat in the shade for a bit and then wandered off, so I hope the hedgehog is all right. Went for a check up at the dentist and booked myself an appointment with a "gentle" dental hygienist.
