One Last Try

Ok. So there is a restaurant near our home in the last country we lived in that serves the most amazing Thai green curry. The hubby and I miss it tons, and it is a must-visit whenever we go back to visit. I have tried several times to duplicate it and have never been successful. Tonight was my last effort. We picked up the ingredients from a Thai supermarket, and I figured if this didn't work, I was giving up. Hubby absolutely loved it. I, on the other hand, still miss our favorite restaurant, but I guess I won't give up since hubby enjoyed it.
