Today I visited Ruthin in north Wales which lies in an area designated as being of outstanding natural beauty. And deservedly so.

The sign on the wall of the bank says The Old Courthouse 1401. The town also boats a jail that closed its doors in 1906 and which is now a tourist attraction.
