Water tank: goodbye to Citroen C3

Today my 9000 litre water tank was delivered. It's about 2.4m in diameter, and the same height. But how to get it down the 1-in-3 slope? I parked my Citroen C3, attached the tie-down loop, and paid out rope as the tank gently rolled down.

When the roadway was constructed, the slope was increased further. As you can see, the high side of the tank is roughly 1m above the roadway, yet only about 3m behind my car.

You'll be pleased to know that I single-handedly succeeded in positioning the tank, just above where I can dig a flat shelf on which it can safely sit.

(And no ill effects were suffered by my C3.)
