Sunlit Stunner

I saw this brimstone butterfly in the garden yesterday but chose the more unusual event of MorrisMen to blip, was amazed to see it again today though as the friend I had staying said she'd never seen one before when she saw my photos.


It went into the back garden and explored every flower in turn! I am wondering if butterflies are positively charged like the recent revelation about the bees, concerning nectar collection? Possibly not as they only need it as a personal food source until they've served their purpose on this earth :-/


Thought it was a stunner though, looking so leaf-like as it does :-)
