NOTHING MUCH DAY

Well as I got an unexpected day off I decided to do very little.....caught up on some sleep from all the midnight station runs to collect O!!! Did a few jobs....even some ironing in this heat!!!! Crazy.

Went for another swim before another rather painful physio session.....hopefully the pain will be worth it.

Then watched lots of the Games in Glasgow..... especially the triathlons and an evening of swimming.

TODAY'S SMILE:fish and chip supper....mmmmmm
