The Tour de France

We nearly didn't get to see the race as, on the way, we were following a tractor and trailer stacked high with big bales of straw, when two of the bales fell off the back right in front of us. A near, and lucky, miss.

So, how hot and sunny is it in Glasgow at the Commonwealth Games? We watched Le Tour, near Bergerac, in pouring rain with thunder and lightning!
