What happened next .... ?

...... I don't know!!! except that I didn't hear a bang so presumed that they had navigated the bridge OK?! I was distracted, because ......

Just as I was taking the photo a friend hailed me from the other side of the canal to say she was housesitting for our mutual friends whilst they are away on holiday and invited me to join her for a chat and a cuppa.

After a long hard day in a hot office a quick walk by the canal before I went home seemed like a good idea. My walk didn't last long though but the cuppa and chatter with my friend, who I hadn't spent time with for ages .... did, and we were only drinking tea!!

I got home much later than expected. Luckily Mr T has headed off to the Gliding Club for a few days, so didn't miss me!!

And its Friday, again, that's good.
