Red Sky At Night...

Another beautiful sky this evening. We rushed off to the supermarket after work as we haven't been in weeks and have been living off scraps for the last week. We've now stocked up, and prepared for tomorrow's race with flapjacks, peanut butter sandwiches and glucose tablets. I'm quite nervous about the ride now, knowing how hilly the route is, and it's meant to be about 28 degrees arghh! We're going to have to be up at 6.30am, so am going to attempt to get an early night after catching up with some of the Commonwealth Games.
