Auntie Sarah came swimming with us today, so grateful as it meant both of them could go in the water. Both enjoyed it too which is fab. Wrapped up towel pictures.

Watched lots of the commonwealth games footage today, Charlotte loved the swimming shouting paddle paddle paddle to the swimmers! Wom had a sleep in the big boy cot again today, then came downstairs and snuggled up on me to go back to sleep.

Horsefly bites are very itchy and angry, that's the side of my leg - it's very very sore but the itching is the worst bit. Auntie Katie picked me up some medicine from the supermarket today which is helping.

Painted again this pm, but Charlotte and I weren't that into it. Ended up doing butterfly prints.

Popped to the pub for a quick pint, they had the bouncy castle up which Charlotte loved, especially as she had it all to herself.
