Evening swim

... is a must in order to cool off - and sleep better. Our house is so very hot. At 22:30 when we went swimming it was still 24°C and the temperature of the Pyhäjärvi lake was + 25° C.

Early in the morning Emma left to Kisakallio sports institute. She participates to a national basketball team's camp. She'll have tough days there, girls will have many hours of exercises every day.
