Vivian Maier

Worked as a nanny and took amazing street photographs. Her talent lay undiscovered until her negatives were purchased at an auction by a guy called John Maloof who is a Chicago historian and collector. Posting some of her photos on line he was amazed at the response and realised he was on to something big. He made a film about it and if you get the chance go and see it.
