Home grown beetroot

Topped and tailed, drizzled in olive oil and ready for baking! They may be small but they were grown on our balcony in pots- so not too bad considering. Tasted lovely :-)

I was in work again today but the room is looking a bit more organised, most of the books are labelled and things are moving along. When I go in in aug I can get the rest sorted.
