Pickling Party!

Since I have Friday afternoon's free I get to tackle some projects. I pickled my first batch of dill pickles today. Just a small batch of 4 pint jars. I smashed together about 3 recipes to hopefully making something delicious, but I could have ruined them horrendously. In a week I will open the first jar and test them. Though some recipes say 3 weeks, so that's hit or miss too. The four small plates hold the spices and seasonings that went in each jar.
