Another perfect summer's day endured in a hot and suffocating office. The forecast has improved for tomorrow so it looks like the rain won't now arrive until Sunday. Totally crashed this evening. Come Friday night I find myself with no energy to do anything. I couldn't even drag myself out for a gentle cycle or walk on the moor!
