Shaking all over

Am getting a little bit obsessive about camera shake so I am exploring any avenue to eliminate it. One way is to use mirror lockup. You can see a nice little video about it on YouTube. When you are taking a photograph you press on the button and this flips up the mirror and opens the shutter. When the mirror hits the top of the mirror box it gives a slight vibration. This can be noticable at slow shutter speeds. So I am learning how to lock the mirror up thanks to YouTube.
