MORE THAN FIVE A DAY

It's going to be another scorcher today so I decided that an early start was important if I was going out.

I walked up through Boscombe, having decided not to take the Canon as it was too heavy if I intended doing some shopping - so the iPhone was my preferred "shooting" method today.

As usual it was market day and that is always colourful, so here is a selection of fruit and vegetables to satisfy anyone's "Five a Day" - it was quite crowded, even at 8.30 so guess lots of other people had the same idea.

Relaxing in the shade now - it's too hot to do anything else.
