Bottling day

We had an excess of Plums in summer and after making pies, jams etc I made some wine. I used to make wines a lot but since leaving the UK we have not had the space to really be able to do this until now. Its just stop fermenting and has clarified enough to bottles today was bottling today. The initial taste is a little sweet but hopefully will improve over time
