Not sure what the contravention of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Section V) is all about; it's either a dodgy drug deal going down or some well rehearsed street theatre awaitin' to be unleashed on the good burghers of this town during the month of August.

Either way, I was sufficiently scared to not ask and be on my way; nothing to see here.
